MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

CONTRACT LENGTH

Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled at any time in the Pharos App.

Prepaid memberships do not renew and do not require cancellation.

FREEZES

Month-to-month freezes, one month minimum (no maximum).

$10 freeze fee per month.

The freeze fee allows you to maintain your rate.

Freeze needs to be submitted 5 days before your monthly billing date.
